Emergencies & Urgent Care

If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency.

Should an emergency arise, we will do our best to accommodate and schedule your pet to be examined in a timely manner. If the situation is urgent, our veterinarians will work to fit you in between scheduled appointments. If this is not possible, we will refer you to "SmartVet", a virtual veterinary telemedicine provider.

Please see the main page on this website for the link. This will put you in contact with a Registered Veterinary Technician who will triage the patient and advise whether your pet requires in-person care or if care can be provided through the virtual Veterinarian.
